The exhibition “Danh Vo, Isamu Noguchi, Park Seo-Bo” is presented at Fondazione Querini Stampalia in Venice from Apr 20 – Nov 27, 2022. Curated by Danh Vo and Chiara Bertola in collaboration with White Cube, the exhibition brings together the works of three artists whose distinct practices engage in a dialogue with the historic architecture and collections of the foundation. Through Vo's photographs and found objects, Noguchi's Akari paper lamps, and Park's meditative Dansaekhwa paintings, the exhibition explores the relationships between memory, cultural identity, materiality, and the passage of time. 얀 보, 이사무 노구치, 박서보의 3인전은 2022년 4월 20일부터 11월 27일까지 이탈리아 베니스의 퀘리니 스탐팔리아 재단에서 열린다. 화이트 큐브와 공동 기획하고 얀 보와 치아라 베르톨라가 큐레이팅한 이번 전시는 서로 다른 문화적 배경을 지닌 세 작가의 작품을 역사적인 건축 공간과 함께 선보인다. 얀 보의 사진과 파운드 오브제, 이사무 노구치의 아카리 종이 램프, 박서보의 수행적 단색화 작업은 기억과 문화적 정체성, 재료의 물성, 시간의 흐름을 중심으로 서로 대화하며 공명한다. 전통과 현대가 교차하는 작품들의 배치를 통해 역사와 공간, 개인의 경험이 예술의 의미를 형성하는 방식을 새롭게 조명한다.
