Gallery Gaia Busan presents Yoo Suntai’s solo exhibition “My Garden, My Artelier” from Jan 28 – Mar 7, 2026. After earning his Ph.D. from Paris 8 University, Yoo has established himself as a leading contemporary Korean artist, exhibiting widely in Seoul, Paris, New York, Belgium, and Spain. In this exhibition, he continues his exploration of what he describes as a “forest of objects,” composing surreal spaces where everyday items are recontextualized into layered dimensions where reality and imagination converge.

갤러리가이아 부산에서 유선태 초대전 《My Garden, My Artelier》는 2026년 1월 28일부터 3월 7일까지 진행된다. 작가는 일상의 친숙한 사물들을 낯선 관계 속에 배치하는 데페이스망(dépaysement) 기법을 통해, 입체와 평면을 넘나드는 초현실적 공간을 구성한다. 아크릴이라는 서양 재료 위에 동양적 정서를 더한 화면은 현실과 환상이 교차하는 세계를 펼치며, 관람객이 각자의 해석에 따라 다양한 의미를 발견하도록 유도한다.
