Touch Gallery presents “Out of the Box,” a solo exhibition of new works by Yuki Matsueda from Jul 17 – Aug 03, 2024. This exhibition features 15 selected works from the artist’s latest series that showcase his unique approach to breaking the norms of everyday life through his art. Matsueda, born in Ibaraki, Japan, holds a PhD in design from Tokyo University of the Arts and has held solo exhibitions in Seoul, Berlin, and Tokyo, as well as participated in group shows and art fairs internationally. The works on view explore the humorous and imaginative transformations of ordinary objects into dynamic three-dimensional forms, inviting viewers to find fresh delight and creative insights in daily life.
