Feng Zhengjie is a leading figure in contemporary Chinese art, based in Beijing and Jeju Island, South Korea. Born in Sichuan, he studied fine art and oil painting at the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts, where he also completed his master's degree. His work, characterized by bright and vivid colors with simple and flat compositions, is often compared to Andy Warhol’s silk-screen portraits.

The intense colors he employs are rooted in traditional Chinese painting techniques and are meant to reflect a positive attitude toward life and work.
